This is a big deal. All puppies need to be crate trained. For their safety and the safety of your home. It is their safe spot and their den. In my papers that go home is a paper on how to crate train and I am always available for help. But you need a crate. I have the 48 inch for my boys and 42 inch for my girls but if in doubt err on the big size, they need to have room to turn around and stretch out. Many people buy the 48 inch just to give them more room. This is their home inside your home. You can buy a divider or an all life stages kennel from Midwest. I personally buy a full size crate so I do not spend money buying several crates as the puppy grows.
