We co-own a few dogs that are still part of breeding program but that live elsewhere. We do this so that each dog can get the individual attention they need. It allows us to still maintain a breeding program while giving the dogs the opportunity to still be pets first and foremost. It’s a win win so that we don’t have too many dogs and can maintain the genetic diversity we need. If you are interested in talking to us about co-ownership we don’t do it often but you can learn more about it here.
